1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ads Anomaly Guard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ads Anomaly Guard is a SaaS platform that monitors Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for performance anomalies. The Service provides automated anomaly detection, alerting, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one free trial

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial may be extended to 14 days at our discretion. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the anomaly detection algorithms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to monitor accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your ad platform data in read-only mode and do not modify your campaigns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ads Anomaly Guard is a monitoring and alerting tool. We do not guarantee the detection of all anomalies, and we are not responsible for any ad spend losses. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
